Payment Information

We require immediate payment. We accept all major credit cards through PayPal checkout.
Customers please note: You do not have to have PayPal account to pay for an item. When the site direct you to the PayPal payment page, you will be able to insert only the credit card info. Please make sure your Paypal Account is verified before paying with Paypal. Otherwise your payment will come through as an eCheque which may take 3-5 days to clear in our Paypal account. We will only process your order once payment has been confirmed in our account. Please check with Paypal to find out how to verify your account.
Bank Transfer - Please use your User ID in the "to account description" field as reference. If you are unable to use your ID, please send us an email advising us of your payment details including date, description, amount and from which bank. The item number or order number may not be sufficient to identify your payment. If you choose to pay via Bank transfer, please allow an additional 2-3 working days to process your order, as we read the previous day's bank statement and it can take up to 48 hours for funds to reach our account.

Shipping Information

Your order will be processed within 24 hours of your payment being cleared. Once shipped, the item will be deemed to have been delivered to the customer. While we do all we can to ensure that the goods will be delivered in perfect condition, we cannot guarantee the condition of the goods in transit. Any damage to the unit during transit will need to be lodged against the carrier. We provide necessary information to you for this, however, we are not responsible for any action beyond provision of information related to the purchase and shipping of the item to you.

Australia Post Express Post

If you choose Australia Post Express Post, and your postcode is included in the next business day delivery network, the expected delivery time is the next business day after dispatch (ie. The day after your parcel leaves our warehouse). If your postcode is not in the next business day delivery network, it usually takes a few days longer. The Australia Post Express Post network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and post office boxes. Warranty

All Funket Mall products carry a 1 year replacement/repair warranty. All refurbished items come with a 3 month replacement/repair warranty. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under law in relation to products. 
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
· has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
· is unsafe
· is significantly different from the sample or description
· doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. 
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time (2~6 weeks). If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. 
Please keep your proof of purchase. e.g. your invoice.
In addition to the legal requirement,
1. All products sold by us carry a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects, were we will replace or repair the goods depending on the condition, except for consumable items including, but not limited to micro-SD cards, sticky tapes and cables. All refurbished items carry a 3 month warranty without exception.
2. All memory cards (SD, micro-SD and USB memory) sold as an inclusion in an item or sold separately carry a 3 month warranty. Memory cards are consumable items and should be changed regularly. We recommend at least every 2 years.
3. All products must be returned to us by you at your own cost for repair.
4. While we endeavour to return the item back to you in reasonable time, we are sometimes forced to return the goods to the manufacturer. In such circumstances, a return time of between 2~6 weeks will be applied.
5. Once shipped, the item will be deemed to have been delivered to the customer. While we do all we can to ensure that the goods will be delivered in perfect condition, we cannot guarantee the condition of the goods in transit. Any damage to the unit during transit will need to be lodged against the carrier. We provide necessary information to you for this, however, we are not responsible for any action beyond provision of information related to the purchase and shipping of the item to you.

Cancellation & Returns

Orders can be cancelled only before the shipping has been processed. Please note that once the item has been processed for shipping, we are unable to stop the delivery process in between. You must receive the itme and return to us to enable a refund.

Please choose carefully as we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

The product must be in its original packaging without being opened for refund and can only be exchanged once the item has been opened.
